2. Orders, Pricing and Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are subject to change without notice. We accept payment via secure third-party platforms. All transactions will be processed in South African Rands (ZAR).
3. Delivery and Shipping
We aim to process orders within 1–2 business days. Deliveries are handled by our courier partners and typically take 2–5 business days. We are not liable for delays outside our control.
4. Returns and Refunds
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, you may return defective or damaged goods within 7 days of receipt. Due to hygiene concerns, we do not accept returns on opened haircare products unless the product is faulty. To request a return, please contact us at misti@mistihair.com.
